1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Lunerix LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any Lunerix-operated services, infrastructure, or platforms, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of Services

• Services may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the content, activity, and traffic originating from your service usage.
• Abuse, fraud, disruption, harm to other networks, or evasion of security controls is prohibited.

3. Account & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected compromise or misuse.

4. Billing & Payment

Fees are due according to the billing schedule provided at purchase. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services. All charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

While we target high availability, no service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted. We may modify or discontinue features, infrastructure, or access with or without notice where operationally required.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Use for malware distribution, botnets, or exploit infrastructure
• Targeted abuse, DDoS, or traffic manipulation against any system
• Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
• Interference with monitoring, billing, or security controls

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunerix LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, legal obligation, or operational security reasons. Upon termination, associated data and configurations may be removed without recovery guarantee.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of services following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
